At the three-day conference Croatian Security Days 2025, held from October 15 to 17 in Opatija, the Croatian Association of Security Managers presented the Croatian Grand Security Award 2025. This prestigious recognition is awarded to individuals, institutions, companies, and local communities that have made a significant contribution to the development and preservation of security in the Republic of Croatia.
In the category Best Local and Regional Government Project for Community Safety, together with our mentioned partners, we were honored for the Supervisory and Operations Center project. The award was accepted by our General Manager and co-owner Krešimir Paić.
The Center operates 24 hours a day and integrates more than 200 cameras monitoring key city areas. A standout feature is the video wall composed of 13 screens, enabling real-time traffic and safety monitoring, which significantly enhances public safety and the efficient management of city resources.
We are proud that our work has once again been recognized and awarded. This recognition is a testament to our successful collaboration with the City of Poreč and Usluga Poreč, and proof that through joint efforts and smart technologies, we can make cities safer and more efficient.
This year’s Croatian Security Days conference focused on topics such as digitalization, cybersecurity, information security, and the responsibility of security professionals in modern business and public environments.
As part of the conference, our Sales Engineer Tomislav Lacković, together with Ms. Nikolina Pezić from Petrokemija d.d. Kutina, gave a presentation titled “Security Solutions in Petrokemija Kutina: How Digitalization is Transforming Truck Traffic Logistics?” They presented and explained how our advanced solutions have improved the efficiency, safety, and sustainability of transport processes, thereby significantly contributing to the digital transformation of logistics.
