The Student Union of the Zagreb University of Applied Sciences organized an event called TVZ Career. The event brought together companies from six different industries including electrical engineering, construction, IT, mechatronics, computing, and mechanical engineering. The companies presented their work and achievements intending to meet students and discuss potential future cooperation, internships, or employment opportunities
On March 21 and 22, 2024, an interesting Civil Protection and Cities Security conference was held in Lovran. The event was organized by Security Report, a Croatian trade journal (for protection and safety of people and possessions) and gathered 150 distinguished experts in urban security and civil and private protection. Our colleague Marko Merkaš, who is a Senior Software Engineer, participated in the conference's rich program with a presentation titled "Cybernetic Security of Smart Cities“. In his presentation, he emphasized the importance of cyber security and the selection of a secure smart city system.
Another beautiful story of a humanitarian action with Bina-Istra called "Life Has No Price" is behind us, where the Mali zmaj association from Zagreb was donated a delivery vehicle, covering the costs of financing a driver and the expenses of a speech therapist needed for the children.
