On March 21 and 22, 2024, an interesting Civil Protection and Cities Security conference was held in Lovran. The event was organized by Security Report, a Croatian trade journal (for protection and safety of people and possessions) and gathered 150 distinguished experts in urban security and civil and private protection. Our colleague Marko Merkaš, who is a Senior Software Engineer, participated in the conference's rich program with a presentation titled "Cybernetic Security of Smart Cities“. In his presentation, he emphasized the importance of cyber security and the selection of a secure smart city system.
