This year’s Fire Alarm and Fire Protection conference was held on October 1, 2024 in Zagreb at the Westin Hotel. The event was organized by Security Report, a Croatian trade journal.
The conference covered important topics such as the significance of investing in quality fire alarm and fire protection systems, technological innovations in these systems, the effective use of fire alarms, and the future organization of fire brigades.
We were pleased to take part in the conference once again this year. Our sales and projects specialist, Tomislav Lacković, delivered a presentation titled “Advanced Fire Alarm System in the Učka Tunnel.” During the presentation, he explained how Eccos implemented the fire alarm system in the tunnel and how our apllication Epsimax integrates all safety systems. This, in cooperation with the SCADA system, serves as a means of monitoring and managing the tunnel.
The conference brought together over 200 experts, and in addition to expert presentations, panel discussions were held on topics such as the state of regulation, operations, standards, and available technologies.
